I'm Hilde (pronounced as hill-the/hill-duh in English), an eighteen year old girl residing in the west of Europe. I was born on August 12th to Caucasian parents in a little village in the north of Holland. Based on my appearance I look like a typical west-European girl: I have straight, fair hair, a pale skin and blue eyes.

In high school I learned to speak and write not only Dutch, but also English, German and a whack of French.

When I was eleven years old, I became interested in webdesigning. Since then, my interest has grown more and more. Since a few years I try to develope it as much as possible, by reading tutorials, viewing other websites, reading reviews and trying to make as much designs in Photoshop and Illustrator for practise.

Right now, I'm in my second year of college, where I study a preparatory training of Law. Thankfully I realised early enough that I don't want to work my whole life in the juridical legislation. So when I'm getting my preparatory training diploma in 2012, I want to attend Dental Hygiene. Ambition is what I breathe, so I don't want to be "just" a Dental Hygienist; my main goal is to attend the Dental School and become a dentist.

I like to learn and try out new stuff, whether it's food or a style for my website. I love to help people and that's why you can always ask me your questions, I'm happy to answer them if I can. It's also a reason why I've put up this website and why I love to make tutorials.

Whenever I'm not busy with school or the internet, I like to read some good books, listen to classic music and the smell of incense (especially on rainy Sundays). However, when I feel like it I can also be a little more rough and less well-behaved. At those days I drink alcohol, listen to some hard rock and spend my day headbanging.
